Delivery Times

Our orders are shipped directly from our selected suppliers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metropolitan France: 7 to 15 business days
• Europe: 10 to 20 business days
• Rest of the World: 15 to 30 business days

A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment of your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item, in accordance with European legislation.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• Swimwear items must have their hygienic protection fully intact
• Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us via our contact page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours.

Refund

Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
